Mimma Gaudio has been a nurse in PAMCU for 8 years. She has helped to educate and mentor many nurses successfully. She is patient, understanding and is always willing to help anyone in need, especially her co-workers. She is a true team player.

For example, one day she had an unstable patient and she knew that the patient could crash at any time. She knew that a new nurse would be coming on to take report from her and being the type of nurse that she is, she went to MICU and asked the fellow to keep an eye on the patient and to assist the nurse with any issues if she calls.

This is just one of the few examples of what makes her a great nurse and team player. Her ability to handle stressful situations is unmatched. There has not been one stressful situation in the years that she has been a nurse that she has not handled with grace and dignity making Maimonides proud to have her as one of our own.
