I would like to thank Mina for being so attentive to my mom when she had her angiogram and then when she had her balloon procedure following the angiogram.
My mom spoke to Mina about her grandson's (my son's) tragic death in a car accident. My mom shared with Mina how I have been struggling every day until present with the death of my son. Mina took the time to comfort and speak to me about my loss. Mina's thoughts and words were so kind and sincere. Mina really touched my heart.
After some time passed and my mother was given a hospital room to stay overnight, Mina followed up in my mother's hospital room with resources that she had taken the time to research/look up. She did this to help me through this horrendous time in our family's lives. I cried and cried again. Again, Mina listened and comforted and hugged me until I cried no longer. She did not have to comfort me. I was not her patient. I believe she went above and beyond what she needed to do, to help me in my time of need. She is a sweet, kind, compassionate, and empathetic person. She is the perfect example of a wonderful nurse. Mina is the perfect example of what every hospital employee should be.
