Minhas Ladiwala is a very thoughtful and caring nurse. He goes out of his way to help and also perform his duties. Last night while I was sleeping, I got a cramp in my legs. I called the nurse to request 3 packs of mustard to take to relieve the cramp. He came in and asked if I had a sandwich in here or what. I explained that when I eat mustard the cramps subside. He laughed and quickly started to message my leg muscle and then stood me up. The cramp was soon gone and I was relieved. He gave me an Ambien; he is always asking if there is something else he can do to make my stay more comfortable, all the while he's performing his duties.

My very first contact with Minhas was awesome. He demonstrated compassion and provided very informative advice on postpartum care. This something I never had a male nurse provide. It was amazing to see a male nurse demonstrate such skill and passion for my care and needs. His energetic skills are also next to none. He deserves more than an award and I am very glad for the service he provided.

This young man has been a light of sunshine for me. Minhas is the epitome of nursing. He is gentle, caring, his quality of nursing is exemplary. I was feeling down until he came on duty-then there was sunshine and joy! Words are inadequate to express the kind of peace he brought to me. Thank you Methodist for this very special person.

I finally got a hospital room at midnight after a frustrating 12hr emergency room wait. Minhas was the nurse assigned to my room. He introduced himself listened to my complaints about my experience in the ER and even though he had nothing to do with the ER, he apologized and vowed to do anything he could to make things better. I hadn't eaten, and he brought sandwiches and drinks, and did everything he could to ensure my comfort. He went above and beyond during my stay and I would like to recognize him for that. He is a great nurse!

I would like to thank my nurse, Minhas Ladiwala, for always being very helpful & attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to make sure I was very comfortable. He didn't treat me as a number he treated me as a friend. He made sure I would always get my medications on time & explained to me which ones were for what. He made me feel like I was at home. He taught me a lot about my medications & always was checking on me.

Minhas is a nurse with a lot of passion and compassion. I had the pleasure of having him take care of me for 3 nights during my stay . He is always on time with medicines and is one that checks in on you every hour to see how you're doing. One night I was sweating really badly and you could see the true concern and care by his actions. He is not afraid to ask other nurses for guidance as he wants his patients to have best care. He has a bubbly personality and is one who also empathizes with you.

I was hospitalized for several days with a severe infection in my finger caused by an animal bite. I had constant IV infusions and antibiotics. Each time he came into my room, he was extremely courteous and professional. One would expect this of a nurse, however; his demeanor was far above the norm. He always spoke and treated me as a "person" not just a patient. He made sure that I understand the medication being given and solicited questions or concerns that I may have. My wife spent the night in my room and he showed concern for her comfort. We spoke about his job and general information that kept me at ease during my stay. I have to say that all of your staff was exceptional in their delivery of services. Minhas just stood out above the other staff out above the other staff. It was a pleasure and privilege to have been under his care.

Minhas is a nurse one can say "he loves his job". I have been in the medical field for 20+ years and was very happy that my mother was taken care of by Minhas. As a medical provider myself I was very comfortable with the level of clinical skills he has shown. It was wonderful to know that he has a commitment to excellence and a very compassionate heart to help his patients. I know we were very lucky to have been treated by him. Anyone that comes in touch with this nurse will be lucky and blessed.
