Mitra is one of the most caring, compassionate nurses. She gets to know patients personally and spends extra time with them. She is a great team player, especially with new staff. She assisted many new staff members with charting and is always willing to help when the unit becomes busy.

Mitra is a great role model. Her attitude is what separates her from other nurses. She remains calm, does her work without complaining, and never idles. She is always willing to work additional shifts when needed.

She is very thorough when providing nursing care to the patients, always reports abnormalities, and is a big advocate for her patients. She shows great appreciation for her job, is very respectful with co-workers and administration alike, and has very good leadership skills.
