We recently brought in my 18-month-old daughter for a head injury to the Wausau ER. Molly was calm, kind, and explained everything that would happen to us in the kindest words. She was empathetic to our situation and understood our nerves with our little girl needing her first stitches. As first-time parents and me being extremely pregnant, the emotions were high and she was the calm spirit we needed at the time. She took the lead when it came to the stitches and helped my daughter's head with the firmness needed to get the job done but also the delicateness that I appreciated for my child. When it was all over she came in and re-explained all the aftercare and assured us we could always call since she knew we were being thrown a lot at the time. She showed true compassion and a real joy for her job. We will always be grateful for the care we received at one of the scariest moments for us as parents.
