My grandmother had been in about of the hospital due to several strokes and pneumonia. On Tuesday Oct. 27 she passed away. I'm writing to express my gratitude to all of the ICU staff working the night shift and a special thank you to nurse Myrna. The staff were very attentive to our needs, they accommodated our family and allowed every family member to say their goodbyes to my grandmother. The hospital staff settled us in the waiting room and provided cookies and snacks for the family. Nurse Myrna was very gentle with my grandmother and spent the night monitoring my grandmother's vital signs and notified us when the time had come for her to take her last breath. Our experience with your hospital was great.
