She truly is a lifesaver. I was thinking of leaving, discharging myself but she convinced me she really did care for me and I needed to stay to get better. She helped me in a lot of ways.

She was cheerful and always smiling. She was super helpful to arrange a room transfer when a confused roommate wouldn't allow me to rest after my surgery. It made a HUGE difference in my ability to rest and recover after surgery.
