Nancy went above and beyond to help me receive treatment. I've gone through numerous tests for abdominal pain with no luck finding the situation. When the ER nurse practitioner was going to discharge me like the others, Nancy stood up and said no. They admitted me and were able to do an endoscopy to find out my problem. Nancy will always be a hero in my book.
