Nancy has been spectacular. She works extremely hard to accommodate all of her patients. She made us feel like we had her undivided attention when she was with us. She did a great job at communicating with us what was going to be expected of us on diabetic training and even taught my husband and me anything and everything about the hands on portion of diabetes care for our daughter. She is a great teacher and we appreciated her setting up times with us between her other patients and us. She definitely is able to multitask efficiently and still make you feel that you are her only patient.
We had a hard time with being able to get my husband training because of him having to go and come from the hospital to take care of our son at home. Nancy went above and beyond by popping in our room and coordinating a sit down training time with my husband. She taught my husband how to care for our daughter and she sat at a table with him and went over everything. By the time she completed her training with my husband, he was good to go and felt more confident. Thank you, Nancy, for helping us through this emotional time!
