Nasra was warm and approachable from the first time that we met her. She was always available to speak to or communicate on the phone, something which comforted us and calmed our fears.
Nasra is compassionate, empathetic caring, confident, and goes above and beyond for all her patients. Nasra is everything a nurse should be:
Nasra was an amazing nurse; she taught and helped me do things I never thought I could do. She has a funny and caring personality and is full of banter. She made my experience so much more relaxing. If I didn't have her by my side I think I would have cried until I got discharged. She shared funny stories that made me laugh so hard. I would be in so much pain without her. She truly is the best nurse!

We were admitted for our son's surgery and had traveled from Asia for the treatment. Nasra was warm and approachable from the first time that we met her. She was always available to speak to or communicate on the phone, something which comforted us and calmed our fears.
She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. We were impressed by her proactive call the night before the dressing was removed. Reminding us about a step in the preparation which we were not sure about. She was very important to us.
So, in summary, we were very grateful to Nasra for the expert and professional care and help. We will be back in and know we will be in good hands.

Our 1-year-old son needed an operation which required a dressing and a catheter afterward. Nasra was on hand at the end of the phone 24/7 to answer any questions and concerns and also to advise us with his care. This was such a comfort and support at a very worrying time for us. She also called us daily to check we were ok. She was kind, caring, and professional and made the whole experience much more bearable. Thank you.
P.S. Even when I called her in the middle of the night she was on hand!
