Natalie was the first RN who “cared” for me. She made me feel like I mattered. Her positive and friendly attitude was so great. She made me feel like I belonged in the ER department. Their smile and non-judgmental attitude were greatly appreciated. First impressions really did count! Thank you for the care you gave me. Including the laughs, too! You are expectational; don’t ever lose these things. I will always remember you.

This is my second time filling this out. I have been BLESSED to have this nurse as my RN for the last 2xs in the ER department. Natalie is a wonderful RN; kind, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate about the “job” and her patients. They are nonjudgmental. The person they are makes for an exceptional nurse. They have a beautiful spirit, also they are truthful. They were so great! My only regret is knowing I won’t have them on the floor.
