The support she offered was top-notch. She provided me with positive and encouraging words. She does her job very well and is very knowledgeable in her field.
I cannot say enough good things about Natalie. Natalie took exceptional care of me, the intended parents, and baby girl during our stay. We came to the Family Birth Center with a unique situation (Surrogacy), and I felt as if she handled everything with grace and patience. Her kindness speaks volumes about how genuine she truly is. Not only was she caring for my needs as the patient, but she had my husband and the intended parents to care for as well.
Natalie was so supportive during labor. The support she offered was top-notch. She provided me with positive and encouraging words. She does her job very well and is very knowledgeable in her field. During labor, one of my legs was swelling. She was so thorough with everything happening. We didn’t think baby girl was going to arrive before the end of Natalie’s shift. You could see in Natalie’s expressions that she really wanted to be a part of the delivery. Natalie was not in a rush to end her shift; she would have stayed all night if she could have. BUT Baby girl wanted Natalie to be there—she decided to make her appearance right about shift change. I am so glad Natalie was able to be there. Her support during the final stages of labor is something I will never forget. She just has this supportive and calming way about her.
Even after Natalie had gone home, she called the hospital to make sure the other staff members were checking on my swollen leg. I was discharged before the baby and the intended parents but went to visit one day later. Natalie was working, and the look on her face of excitement to see how well I was doing was awesome. She truly cares about her patients. Natalie is fully deserving of this DAISY Award—she went above and beyond to make sure all of us were well taken care of.
Note: This is Natalie's 2nd DAISY Award!
