Natallia was nominated by two different patients. The first nomination relates how grateful this patient is for the care that she received from Natallia from the beginning of the shift until the very end. That while staying professional she was very patient and extremely compassionate, the perfect recipe for an outstanding nurse. The patient felt she went above and beyond to accommodate not only her but her family as well. The second patient describes Natallia as gentle, calm, polite, and so considerate. A delightful nurse and the patient and family are grateful for the detail-oriented care that they received. She accomplished what she needed to with efficiency and grace and exceptional politeness that put them at ease and helped the healing and baby-bonding time.
