It goes without saying that going for chemo infusions every week does not put you in a very good frame of mind. When you get assistance from a nurse like Natasha Dixson, your attitude immediately changes for the better. You now see the help you and others are receiving and all of a sudden, things are not so bad. Natasha's frequent smiles, infectious laugh, and willingness to assist any and all of the patients who are sitting in the chairs. You can't help but notice the change in attitudes as she goes from person to person. I, for one, love to see her coming to assist me. It certainly makes my day far more pleasant. I believe Natasha is one of those Extraordinary Nurses who should be recognized as a DAISY Nurse. It is truly deserved!
