Natasha Ross Houston LPN, has proven to be an invaluable member of the J-wing nursing team. She is not only knowledgeable re: policy and procedures but she is very knowledgeable re: the individuals she serves. She has recently been going through some personal health issues but you would never know it. She shows up to work and always strives to provide the individuals with the best service possible. As a new employee at Gracewood, she is always open and eager to give me direction or answer questions when asked, and most importantly, she does it with a smile and makes me feel welcome. During our Joint Commission survey, she was posed, and although she said she was nervous, she was the epitome of professionalism and represented Gracewood in a way we can all be proud of. I could go on but I'm going to stop here and simply say, she is well deserving of the DAISY Award!
