I was truly impressed by Nurse Natasha’s ability to communicate effectively with both the patient and me. She demonstrated a profound level of knowledge and an exceptional sense of understanding that made a significant difference in our experience. Her insights into the patient’s behavior—why they reacted in certain ways—were invaluable, and she extended that same level of understanding to me as a caregiver. She recognized the emotional challenges I faced and offered explanations in a way that was both compassionate and reassuring.
