Nathan was my husband's nurse during his recent stay. They really connected and made all of us feel at ease while trying to wrap our heads around the events that happened so suddenly. Nathan communicated and explained the procedures that were going to happen; he was gentle with his patient care. He scheduled the follow up doctor appointments. Nathan is a really nice person who showed us he cared. I also saw/heard Nathan taking care of my husband's roommate; I witnessed compassion and careful care for this fragile patient. Upon our discharge, Nathan escorted us down and shook my husband's and our son's hands and gave me a hug. SRM is very lucky to have such a nurse who exemplifies compassion, care, and excellence.
