"Navdeep is a respectful, honest and attentive advocate who truly cares for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of her patients. I am nominating Navdeep in response to a letter from a patient's family member who mentioned the care she provided on Christmas Day."

The family member wrote, "Our entire family wants to thank you for the excellent care you provided for our mother and grandmother the last two weeks of December. We are most grateful for your willingness to bring Christmas to her. It was very touching to see staff members collaborate to make my mother's table-top tree the best ever! They brought in battery operated lights, a housekeeper made a star from garland and plastic test tubes, and someone added a garland of gauze. Special thanks to Navdeep (RN) for helping to coordinate our Christmas celebration."
