My son was admitted to your hospital with a TBI via emergency transport by helicopter (Boston Medflight). The purpose of this letter is to extend my deepest, heartfelt gratitude for all of the terrific care and attention [he] received along the way while in your facility. On particular, I would like to draw your attention to some absolute "stand outs" you have on your team... I have highlighted them below.

Trudy Beray - From the moment I met her, it was clear she is a DAISY Nurse.
6 West
Nicole Lister - She went above and beyond - and remarkably kept her cool in difficult circumstances.
Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU)
Kyla Miller - From the moment she greeted us, I know she, too, is a DAISY Nurse. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Her heart-to-heart talk with [my son] was a pivotal moment in his psychological determination, which in turn, helped spark his will to recover quickly. She's absolutely terrific and I will remember her always.
Mary Cioffi - Pure and simple: she is phenomenal.
Ashley Luna-Dias - She is also phenomenal and her style was perfect for [my son]!
Jason Vella - Awesome! His style was a perfect match for [my son].
Please also thank Meghan (Charge Nurse) who persevered and carried on even after an unfortunate/difficult moment during [my son's] recovery process. [She was] very understanding thereafter.
