Nesha Armstrong was nominated for her love of her career and love of all patients/co-workers. She shows nothing but respect and kindness to everyone. The patient stated her stay started with a traumatizing time in ER. But once she got to the floor she was overwhelmed by the kindness of Nesha. Nesha Was not assigned to this patient. The patient writes, ”She was walking down the floor with a student nurse and asked for a cup of coffee. Nesha immediately responded and shared with the student that every patient is her patient; if they have a need she is to help. She is the kind of nurse anyone would want to emulate. I have been a nurse for 18 years and was taken aback by her kindness, respect, efficiency, and all done out of care for all mankind.”
