She worked to turn off the cold air conditioning based on the patient's desire, and she worked to change the solution in the vein without disturbing the patient while he was sleeping, she was flexible in dealing with the confusion and made the time easier for the patient until the visit time was over. Thank you to Al-Ahli Hospital for having such a nurse (Nisreen), especially in the emergency department.

I was absolutely amazed by Nesrine’s ability to manage and multitask so efficiently with multiple patients and my complex condition at hand.
