Nichole was my nurse during my stay at the Mayo Clinic for a cardiac procedure. Nichole was very professional, extremely knowledgeable concerning all aspects of her job, very kind and compassionate, and was fun to be with during my stay. Since I am pretty much a "chicken" when it comes to hospital procedures, Nichole went out of her way to calm me down and use all her skills to ensure me everything would be fine and the staff would ensure I was comfortable during my procedure. She was very professional and kind as she gathered my medical history and appeared to be very thorough in accumulating all the data. She checked all my vitals and went out of her way to make me comfortable and alleviate all my concerns.

When I returned from the procedure, Nichole was there when I woke up and made every effort to immediately let me know everything went well and that the results of my procedure would soon be on the portal and the doctor would call me at the beginning of the week. She then made arrangements for my wife to come to the room and before long, Nichole was preparing me to depart the hospital for my trip home. In all my medical experiences, I have never observed a nurse like Nichole, who exhibited such outstanding traits in all aspects of her job. She sets an example for other nurses to emulate and is to be congratulated for her dedication to the requirements of her job and, more importantly, to her patients. Please convey my sincere thanks for her outstanding abilities in the nursing profession!
