Nicole was my post-delivery nurse when I had my youngest son. I encountered some complications after delivery that though may not have been clinically serious, were terrifying for myself, husband and our family. Nicole is someone I will never forget. It did not take long to feel like she was way more than our nurse. She was so incredibly kind and considerate. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my fears of what I was experiencing. She held my hand as they had to attempt several pokes for a new IV. She eased my fears of the D&C I later had to have, she even sent another nurse in on the Saturday we discharged to check on us because she was off. She texted on her day off to make sure we were okay! There really are not enough words to thank her for her kindness. Nicole has exceptional patient care. She will always hold a special place in our hearts for being so kind to us in our time of need.
