As I walked in for my shift, the day started off on the wrong foot as I was late to work and behind. As the day went on, it got better and better, and a lot of that had to do with the help of Nicole.
I worked to catch up, but there was no need to stress because as I continued to work with patients, I found that Nicole had already taken such great care of them! I would ask my patients if they needed to wash up or change their sheets and it seemed like every patient had all that taken care of; Nicole was always one step ahead. Multiple call bells were going off, but she was always right there, right away, answering them.
When you are iFlex, you get to work with a lot of different nurses, but Nicole goes above and beyond and truly goes the extra step to be a team player. As we come to work every day, it's the job of everyone to be a team player and help out- but I am truly thankful for Nicole's help and dedication to giving the best care.
Nicole to me is a great example of the Martin Way!
