Nicole goes above and beyond for all of her patients. She took the extra time to ensure my mother was okay and never rushed. She's the kind of nurse I look up to. Every nurse should be just like her. She amazes me with her ability to not only get her job done but make sure all of her patients are happy and comfortable. Whenever my mother was upset, she would cry for Nicole, even when she wasn't her nurse at the time. My mom absolutely loves her, and she (Nicole) even comes to visit her when she's not her patient. As a nurse myself (I take care of my Mom at home and work) Nicole is someone I look up to. If I can be half the nurse she is then I'm already exceeding expectation. Nicole is one of the hardest working nurses I have ever met and the most caring, compassionate, well rounded, and beautiful on the inside and out. My mother wanted to say, "If it wasn't for Nicole, I wouldn't come to Fawcett. She makes my stay here complete. What I mean is, with her here it doesn't feel like I'm in the hospital, more like somewhere people care. I can feel the love. When it comes to Nicole, she makes me feel 100% better and it feels like she's more than just my nurse, she's my family. I love you, Nicole, thank you."
