I trained with Nicole, and I want to recognize her as the most incredible teacher, mentor, and nurse I’ve had the privilege to work with. Nicole has always been patient, taking the time to explain or demonstrate things whenever I needed and ensuring I felt confident with the information she shared. I also want to highlight how much her patients adore her. She has an amazing ability to assess and treat everyone with exceptional skill, catching even the smallest abnormalities faster than anyone I’ve seen. Every time she steps into a patient’s room, they light up, knowing they’re in safe, compassionate hands.

I will forever be grateful for the knowledge she’s shared with me—knowledge I’ll carry throughout my career.

More than that, I am thankful for the example she set of what it means to be a truly good nurse and, most importantly, for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself. She reignited my passion for nursing, and I will never forget that.
