Nicole is always smiling, genuine, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Nicole demonstrates compassion, just what a patient needs, especially during a difficult time. She was the bright part of the day. I could see compassion in her eyes every time. She provided skilled confident care for my husband. I enjoyed her family experiences and she was a listener as well. Emory is fortunate to have her on their team. Nicole is the best.

Nicole was my wife's ICU nurse for several days when she was transferred to EUH from an outside hospital. My wife was extremely ill from pancreatitis and our family was scared for her health and recovery. Nicole was comforting and gave me hope her health could be restored. Most importantly she had so much knowledge about every question I asked her without having to consult anyone else or look to other sources. After spending over 60 days in three different Units due to this illness, no other nurse has come close to the superior level of care that Nicole provided.
