Nisa was excellent from the time I got on the floor until the time I left (I had her every day-shift I was here). I got on the floor at the very end of her shift and she should have been getting ready to go home but instea,d she had an admission. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent, prompt, and anticipated my needs before I could even ask.
Most of all she spent time with me, and she answered my questions I had, and she didn't make me feel like I was bothering her. I am a nurse by trade as well. With her knowledge and skills, I told her that I sincerely hope she goes back and gets her RN because she definitely has the knowledge and skill set to do it without difficulty.
When I asked for anything, it was there within 5 minutes and if she was able to get it or if it had to come from someone else, either way, she was on it and quick. At one point yesterday, I had not eaten and there were no snacks on the floor. Nisa literally got me peanut butter crackers of hers that she brought as a personal snack. I told her I wasn't taking them, but she insisted and refused to take them back. She said to me, "You'll just eat them and feel better." She is such a wonderful nurse and person all the way around.
