Noel looked at me straight into my face with a sincere look that made me feel I could trust him, and he wasn’t in a hurry to finish with me, so he could get to his next patient. You could feel he was there for you and you were not alone. He covered me with a warm blanket and made me feel safe and that everything was going to be alright.

As an elderly woman, at times you feel especially vulnerable and that more things could happen to you because your body is old. Noel took care of me with such quiet gentleness that he helped me get through this difficult time.
