Noelle deserves the DAISY Award for being very professional and caring. She goes out of her way in everything she does. The morning I fell, she saved my life. She had just got on her shift when all hell broke loose. One of my old open sites started bleeding and I was asleep. She was making her rounds. I heard her so I woke up and just started to talk to her when she noticed I was bleeding. She cried out for help because I'm on Heparin for my blood clots. I bled out about ½ unit. She put a compression bandage to stop the bleeding. Afterward, Noelle checked to make sure I was not bleeding anywhere else. She cleaned up my bed. She always has great manners. Noelle saved my life!

Noelle has a beautiful personality. She is patient and kind with a heart of gold. She answered all of our questions and answered them like it was the first time we asked no matter how many times we asked. Noelle is compassionate and genuinely caring. Her smile lights up the room!
