My mom was in for a procedure and was terrified. Nora took the time to talk to her and made every effort to calm her. This may seem ordinary; however, it was a very busy day and my mom took quite a bit of her time that day. I so appreciate Nora taking the time to go above and beyond what is expected.

We just want to say Thank You to Nora for being so kind and friendly even though the patient was acting rudely because he wanted his coffee. She was so amazing.
