This note is to express my deepest appreciation for the greatest care my nurse exhibited while I was in the Emergency Department. As a person who is petrified of hospitals and needles, Novelette calmed all my fears and was able to find my veins at the very first try. My blood was drawn effectively without pain, and an IV was placed for a saline drip. She checks on me periodically to ensure I'm ok. I have never met a nurse who was so pleasant and compassionate about the care she was giving. She patiently explained things to me until I got it. Another great attribute that I observed about her was that she was a team player, using her skills as she worked her shift. Hats off to you, Novelette! She is a great asset to the hospital and should consider climbing the ladder of success.
