Staff nurse Nurhana is very kind, warm-hearted, and respectful. She is really a responsible person. She shows great care not only for her patient, but she also showed care for the watcher.
This story happened to my mother when she was a watcher for my grandmother. She accidentally spilled hot tea on her lap and she got burned. This nurse immediately helped my mother, assisted her, and even got medicine for her burn. She showed care even though my mother is not a patient in that area but just a watcher. Without hesitation, she helped her and she did not even say "you are not my patient or my responsibility". I didn't expect the attention and help that she showed to my mother. This shows the sense of responsibility and care she has. I am thankful and grateful that this hospital has this kind of staff who show care and love for their patients and relatives. My family really appreciates Nurse Nurhana for the help, care, and kindness she showed to us. I wish her all the best because she is really the best!
