Olivia is an RN that stands out in her demonstration of exceptionalism. She went above and beyond as my daughter's nurse in the NICU during her care. Even when Oliva wasn't directly caring for my daughter she checked in on us. She made us feel very special and when we spoke I knew that she truly cared and showed it with action. Olivia demonstrates a strong passion for her job, for her patients, and for CMC. Her performance exceeds expectations as demonstrated by finding a gap in the care of our patients and filling it as a grief counselor, which is not an easy task. Her leadership as an RN, along with many others, motivated me to go back to school once my daughter was discharged from the NICU to become a NICU nurse myself. Olivia once again went beyond and put in a recommendation for me to become an employee. Words do not do her any justice and cannot express the appreciation that I have for her.
