Paige Hennessy is such a caring person. When she sees or hears of someone struggling, her first thought is, “What can I do to help?” and then she gets everyone else involved to help. Her intelligence and compassion for others are what make her a great person and future leader as a nurse. Over the last 3 semesters, I have witnessed multiple times where Paige has shown above and beyond compassion. Most recently, when a fellow classmate lost a loved one, Paige organized a collection for this student to try and give this student comfort and a little bit of financial relief. In previous semesters, she organized a birthday breakfast for one of our beloved teachers who was picking up the slack for another teacher who was going through medical treatments. Paige has always been there for her peers in any way that she can. She always has Quizlets made and shared with her classmates to help us all study for tests. When I thanked her for doing this her response was “Of course, I am glad to help I find them helpful so if they help someone else too, even better!” Paige is one of those people who is always making others laugh and lifting up those around her. She is an amazing person.
