Pam Zentner clearly demonstrates compassionate and exceptional patient care. Working in the infusion clinic, Ms. Zentner is dedicated to serving one of our most vulnerable population.
On Friday Ms. Zentner was caring for a Veteran who had an early appointment and was unable to go to the Canteen for a hot breakfast. Because the Veteran had wanted a hot breakfast, Ms. Zentner went down to the canteen and personally purchased him eggs, hash browns, and toast.
The patient was very happy! Pam really cares about her patient's comfort and satisfaction. She is a great asset to the St. Cloud VA and the Infusion Clinic.
