Pam has really changed our lives, especially my daughter's. Besides Pam being an excellent nurse, she is so knowledgeable! Pam treated our daughter like a human being, with care, always with a smile, and compassion. Pam is also a mother and we could see and feel her motherly instinct pouring over our daughter. She took the time to talk to us, explain every question, and share small personal moments that made us feel human. She went above and beyond to make sure our daughter would improve. She took our daughter out of bed and sat her in a chair when nobody else would try something new, so that our daughter would improve her condition. Pam was always available, always ready to try anything within hospital protocol to make sure our daughter was comfortable and improving.
Pam has been a blessing for our daughter and all of us as a family. We would love to see her recognized for her hard work, but specially for being humble, caring and so sweet. What an amazing woman!
