Pam worked with a very sick 37 year old female patient and not only did she show stellar nursing care but went well beyond her job description with her interactions with the patient’s husband.
Pam not only showed compassion, but took an extra step to include other disciplines to assist the patient’s husband in this difficult time.
Pam does so many things on a daily basis to make the MRICU a wonderful unit, but she probably made the difference in a husband’s life to make this scary time somewhat bearable.
