I went in to have an outpatient procedure done and I have a big fear of IVs. Luckily nurse Pam was on duty. I explained how great another nurse was and she agreed. Pam was just as wonderful helping me through the IV process. Very kind and caring. She made me feel at ease and talked me through it. I am so grateful to her.
