Every time we saw Patrice Dillow over the three week period, she always has some sort of audience-nursing staff, patients, techs etc-always want to watch and see how she works. She commands a lot of respect as I witness other nurses, techs, patients, even doctors, come into the room while she was busy with my wife, they would either excuse themselves or wait patiently.
Patrice always had a story to tell where she and my wife would joke around and laugh while learning care techniques. Patrice’s knowledge amazed both of us as patient and caregiver. Her "tricks of the trade" are like much sought after secrets. Her follow through is impeccable. We had supplies delivered to our house before leaving the hospital because of her.
