We had a patient's family gathered on Unit 2-4 after their loved one passed away. Most of the family spoke little English, so it was going to be a difficult task for them to make funeral arrangements over the phone. Tricia went out of her way to gather the appropriate information from the family; including their wishes for burial.
Tricia took it upon herself to call the funeral home and help make the burial arrangements on behalf of the family. The family was so thankful for Tricia—as are we, every day, on Unit 2-4!
