From the moment Pat Chi took her shift, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She genuinely cares for her patients and treats them with respect and dignity. Every time I needed anything she was very quick. I was amazed at how quick she would come to the room. She said, "Don't worry, I am here" and she meant it. I was sad to leave the unit because I knew that if I needed anything she would be there ASAP. She made me feel very special. She would talk to me and made me feel like we were friends. Pat is such a warm person. I truly loved being in her care.
