Patricia King is an excellent role model in many ways. She finds ways of teaching without making you doubt your worth. She says, “Do you understand?”  Patricia shows compassion in her work. When disagreeing with an ongoing situation, she takes the lead to help solve the problem at hand, why you and the other person feel the disconcerting of your ways, and how they can come across without sounding biased. 
       
She ensures the necessary tools to work smarter and better, completing your work performance and delivering your decision-making into a positive and productive outcome. 

Promoting self-confidence while voicing your concern, recognizing your strength to know at times, it's OK to step back, breathe, and continue to push forward to thrive further.

Patricia is always attentive to her coworkers and patients. Yes, we sometimes overwhelm her, but she finds a way to make things happen. Always putting others before herself, working twice as hard, she stops to ask, “What can I do to make your night pleasant?”  Patricia is patient, kind, uplifting and an excellent teacher.  She makes me feel important, and I am somebody.
     
I look forward to saying “Hi, Mrs. Patricia”.  Who I am and how I continue to grow is her belief and incredible faith in me. I am strong because of her, and I thank her tremendously.
