Patty called and pre-registered me. She spent 25 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions. Patty made me feel very comfortable and like I would be cared for in this hospital. I had never been at this hospital and I was apprehensive about coming here. She made me feel like a client would be cared for with love. I felt at ease after talking to her.
