I have had a lot of stays in the hospital over the last 59 years and have had good nursing care most of the time. Paul Jhaj was not just a good nurse, he was the best nurse I have ever had.
He is a truly great nurse, a true credit to the profession, and an asset to this hospital. I felt that he actively listened to my medical problems and showed an exceptionally detailed understanding of medicine by explaining everything that he was going to do to help me recover.
Paul was an active listener who showed empathy, extreme professional knowledge, great people skills, humor and he took the time to listen to me explain my problem. He went out of his way to make sure that the doctors were notified when I needed medicine and got if for me immediately.
