Paula Baechle, House Supervisor at IU Paoli, is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. She's on it before you can even ask for help. She is very knowledgeable; if she doesn't know, she will find out whatever you need. Paula does her job very well and knows the job very well. She makes sure things are done and not missed. She is very good at her job and a good role model. I know it's going to be a good day when Paula is working. When it is a bad day, she is there and helps as much as she can to try and make it better. She watches out for her coworkers.

Paula is always willing to help and is very knowledgeable in her role as a house supervisor and nurse. I don't know how I would make it through some shifts without Paula. She prioritizes our patients' care while also ensuring we are staying compliant with current policies. She is the best of the best, and I will miss her deeply when she retires.

She has treated many families with dignity, kindness, and compassion when dealing with the grief of the passing of a loved one. She offers support to the nursing staff by being present and bringing a scope of calm. She is valuable.
