Paula Ford Paula has been a compassionate and caring nurse for the time that I have known her. Not only with patients, also with other people. It comes natural to her. I have heard her many times talking to patients over the phone and she makes them feel special and she complements them when they are doing well. She is never in a bad mood or rude to any of the patients or staff. She is very outgoing, despite her own personal problems. Another thing that she is doing is that she is sponsoring a fund raiser on her farm for a six year old girl that needs surgery and the family has financial problems.
