Paulene embodies your philosophy of "Hello Humankindess". I was admitted for potential pancreatic cancer. She helped ease so many fears by her kindness, bright smile, and willingness to do anything and everything to make my stay more comfortable. She would anticipate my needs and be on top of everything before I even asked. She was so kind to my family in this frightening time. I know the day that she became my nurse was one of the busiest days. However, she never rushed or neglected me or my family for a single second. Her nursing care should be acknowledged. Paulene has found her calling in Nursing. Please thank her for me and on behalf of my entire family.

There are no words for Ms. Paulene. This lady is beautiful inside as well as on the outside. Paulene went above and beyond her call of duty. She made sure and was concerned about my blood pressure and my diabetes. She was most concerned about my blood pressure and every time she came to work, she came and checked on me to make sure I was ok. She showed good mannerisms, she showed compassion, and all the things of a good person that is in her profession. It is very hard nowadays to find good people who care about others.
