We have had a patient on our unit for one month who was upset because she had run out of clean clothes. The doctors were able to get her scrubs to wear after her shower, but Pauline took the time to take her clothes over to the NICU to wash and dry them. Pauline was not even the patient's nurse. Pauline is always cheerful and does her best to please families and take care of her patients. This shows how above and beyond she will go to make even the smallest thing important.
