Pearl came on my mom's case after she was put on a breathing tube. I am so grateful she has been my mom's nurse twice! She came into the room when I was upset and gave me a hug. She comforted me and told me they would figure it out. Pearl told us to ask all the questions we need to because she would be the same way if it was her mother. She has provided excellent care to my mother. When we had questions for the doctor, she tracked him down and helped us get answers. She does an excellent job. Pearl is definitely the gold standard and you can tell she loves her job. She cares about her patients and their families. I know that you can't teach people how to be caring and compassionate. She is one of the best you have and a true DAISY Nurse.
